Clouds with you ("Company") processes personal data for the following purposes: • Account registration and management: contract formation, identity verification, member identification, account deletion • Service delivery: travel course ticket purchases, Sky Juice accrual, travel planner, Travel Journal • Customer support: complaint handling and notifications • Legal obligations: retention of transaction records under applicable e-commerce law
Required at sign-up: email address, password (stored as hash), nickname, preferred language, date of birth (to verify whether the user is aged 14 or over, as required by Article 22-2 of the Personal Information Protection Act) Optional: profile photo, gender, push notification token (where notifications are enabled) With social login: the login provider identifier (e.g., Kakao, Google) Mission photos (optional): photos taken while doing missions, which may include the faces of family members or children. Used to confirm mission completion and to create the memoir. Retention: deleted together when you withdraw your membership. Service feedback (optional): opinions and ratings you voluntarily submit Where the user is under 14: the legal guardian's email address (used solely to obtain and record proof of consent; never used for advertising or marketing) Additional at checkout: order amount, payment approval number (the payer name and payment method information are handled by Toss Payments and are not separately collected or stored by the Company) Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, service usage logs When signing up for launch notifications: email address, and (optional) neighborhood-of-interest and companion information (Purpose: to send app launch notifications / Retention: until the launch announcement is complete or you opt out. To request deletion, use the method in Section 7 below.)
• Member information: retained until account deletion • After deletion: transaction records retained for 5 years in anonymized form (as required by Korean e-commerce law) • Withdrawal request records: retained for 3 years for dispute resolution • Records required by law: retained for the period specified by the applicable law
The Company does not share personal data with third parties except: • When the user has given prior consent • When required by law (e.g., law enforcement requests)
The Company entrusts personal data processing to the following providers: • Supabase Inc. — database and authentication (AWS Tokyo region) • Vercel Inc. — web hosting • Toss Payments — payment processing (including payer name and payment method information) • Kakao Corp. — map display and address lookup (domestic, Republic of Korea) • Resend, Inc. — notification and verification email delivery • Cloudflare, Inc. — automated sign-up prevention (CAPTCHA) verification • Upstash, Inc. — API rate limiting (abuse prevention) Each subcontractor processes data only within the scope of the entrusted purpose.
The Company transfers personal data overseas as set out below. You may refuse such transfers, but doing so may restrict your use of the Service. For providers domiciled in the United States, the country stated below is that of the provider's corporate domicile. • Supabase Inc. — Country: Japan (AWS Tokyo region) / Data transferred: all personal data necessary to provide the Service, including account, profile and service usage records / When and how: transmitted over the network on an ongoing basis as you use the Service / Purpose: database, authentication and file storage / Retention: as set out in "3. Retention Period" above • Resend, Inc. — Country: United States / Data transferred: email address, nickname / When and how: transmitted over the network when an email is sent / Purpose: notification and verification email delivery / Retention: until the purpose of delivery is fulfilled • Cloudflare, Inc. — Country: United States / Data transferred: IP address, CAPTCHA response token / When and how: transmitted over the network at sign-up and sign-in / Purpose: automated sign-up prevention verification / Retention: until the purpose of verification is fulfilled • Upstash, Inc. — Country: United States / Data transferred: IP address / When and how: transmitted over the network when an API request is made / Purpose: rate limiting (abuse prevention) / Retention: automatically deleted when the rate limit window expires • Google LLC (FCM), Apple Inc. (APNs), Mozilla Corporation — Country: United States, etc. / Data transferred: push notification token (browser push endpoint), notification content / When and how: transmitted over the network when a notification is sent / Purpose: delivery of web push notifications / Retention: until the purpose of delivery is fulfilled • Google LLC (Google Fonts) — Country: United States / Data transferred: IP address / When and how: transmitted over the network when web fonts load on certain screens / Purpose: provision of web fonts / Retention: until the purpose of provision is fulfilled Vercel Inc. (web hosting) runs the Service in the Seoul region, but is operated by a United States corporation; the Company therefore discloses this on a basis equivalent to a cross-border transfer. The data, timing and purpose concerned are the connection information and request data processed when you use the Service.
You may exercise the following rights at any time: • Access your personal data • Request correction or deletion • Request suspension of processing • Withdraw consent • Download My Data (JSON export) and Delete Account: available directly from My Page Other methods: via account settings in My Page or by emailing cwuceokim@gmail.com. Requests will be handled within 10 business days.
The Company takes the following measures to protect personal data: • One-way password hashing • HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher • Minimum privilege access controls (Row Level Security) • Regular vulnerability assessments
The Company uses cookies to maintain login sessions and save language preferences. You may refuse cookies via browser settings, though some service features may be limited as a result.
